There’s room for curious people here.

Aletheia is still growing. You can take part by asking a thoughtful question, sharing a repair experience, testing an idea, or pointing out something we’ve missed. You don’t have to agree with everything.

How to begin

Start with something manageable.

No special title needed. It helps to say what you’ve observed, what you think might be happening, and what you’d like to find out.

Read

Read the vision—and question it

Read what we’re trying to do. If something doesn’t make sense, tell us where and why.

Ask

Bring a problem you’ve noticed

It might be a broken appliance, an unavailable repair manual, a technical question, or something bigger that needs breaking down.

Test

Write down what happened

A photo, a few measurements, or a clear set of steps can be a great start. Be upfront about anything you haven’t checked.

Share

Make it easy to follow

Give credit, link your sources, and explain enough that somebody else can try it without having to start from scratch.

Contribute a knowledge nugget

An unfinished thought can still help.

Sometimes the most useful thing you can share is the question nobody else thought to ask. Our template helps keep the idea and the evidence clear.

A community for inquiry

Disagreement is part of the work.

You can disagree with the founder, challenge a proposed solution, or report a failed experiment. We ask that people argue with the idea rather than attack each other.

What we talk about

Expect conversations about repair, electronics, software, research methods, water, and ocean mapping, along with plenty of space for questions and criticism.

What we ask you to keep private

Don’t share passwords, private designs, or somebody else’s personal information. No loyalty pledge or financial commitment is needed to participate.

The Truth Is Open

Start wherever you can contribute.

A good first post could be a real problem you’ve encountered, a careful correction, or a repair someone else could follow.
